We are currently seeking an Administration / Recruitment Consultant to work within our Cleveland office. This role is available for an immediate start.

About the role:

As a administration assistant / recruitment consultant you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, sourcing candidates and assisting in all day-to-day operations.

Your duties:

Phone screen/interview candidates

Utilise the database & systems

Confirm and fill requirements

Post advertisements

Call Candidates

Book jobs

Admin data entry

To be successful you will need:

Experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced administrative role

Outstanding communication (verbal & written) skills

Great phone manner

Solid intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages

Outgoing and friendly personality

The "want" to work and start a rewarding career

To be reliable and a team player

Great attention to detail

Experience working with FastTrack will be an advantage

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be self-driven, vibrant, passionate and will always maintain a high level of personal motivation.

Preferred hours you would work would be 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-early finish on Fridays, however we would also be willing to consider alternative hours that may better suit you.
