Key Responsibilities:

Understand warranty policies and procedures.

Assess claim eligibility.

Review and submit warranty documentation.

Manage warranty data and old parts.

Coordinate with technicians and departments.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.

Training: Knowledge of BYD warranty processes.

Experience:

3+ years in automotive repair, including 1+ year in warranty claims.

Familiarity with BYD operations is advantageous.

Skills:

Computer proficiency.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Valid driver’s license.

Attitude: Team player with high resilience.
