About the Role
This role offers more than technical delivery- it’s a chance to lead, mentor, and represent a trusted brand in the market. You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors while growing your leadership impact across the team and client base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading client engagements and managing ongoing relationships
• Mentoring, coaching and developing junior and early-career professionals
• Representing the firm at events and within professional forums
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and a positive, values-driven team culture
• Participating in a bespoke Leadership Development Program covering communication, commercial acumen, people management and emotional intelligence

About You
We’re looking for someone confident in their technical expertise and ready to step up as a leader.

You will have:

• 5+ years in public practice, ideally with CA/CPA qualifications
• Strong technical grounding in business services and advisory
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build strong relationships
