About the Role

We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in roles specifically created for individuals with 18 months to 24 months through to senior clinicians (5+ years experience) who are looking for a role with a Provider with a Difference.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.

Requirements

Registration as a Positive Behaviour Practitioner

Preferable degree in related medical or Allied Health field.

At least 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.

Preferable: Therapists with at least 5 years experience is our norm.

Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, SPA, ESSA).

Experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
