We’re partnering with a respected not-for-profit aged care provider with a long-standing history of delivering compassionate, person-centred care. With multiple residential facilities and retirement villages across Sydney, they’re known for their supportive culture, strong values, and commitment to both their residents and their team.

They are currently looking for a talented AR Officer as a result of an internal promotion.

The Role

This AR Officer role sits in a medium-sized finance team and is supported by the Senior Financial Accountant. Your duties will include:

Billing, including government funding streams

Collection calls and client liaison

Receipting and allocations

Reconciliations of aged care funding and grant payments

Your Background

To be considered for this AR Officer position, you will meet the following criteria:

Previous experience working in an AR-focused role, including billings (ideally in aged care or healthcare)

Strong communication skills

Valid working rights in Australia

Ideally, previous experience in the aged care industry using Epicor
