We’re RISING KINGS - Australia’s leading high-performance coaching movement for successful married businessmen over 40.

Since 2017, we’ve helped 1,432+ business owners and leaders reignite their marriage, rebuild their health, and reclaim a life of passion, clarity, and purpose - without sacrificing their ambition.

And now, we’re looking for a Clarity Call Specialist (aka Setter) to be the first voice men hear on their transformation journey.

Warm leads only. No cold calls.

Where you’re having real, powerful conversations with men who want to change.

Your short, 15min purposeful call will help gain clarity on the man, determine alignment, readiness, and prepare them for a deeper application conversation with Ben, directly.

(Note: You’ll be working closely with Ben, the Founder, and these Founder led application calls convert at the highest level.)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Calling warm, inbound leads who have already engaged with our content (no cold calls).

Qualifying prospects over short, high-quality triage calls (15 min), identifying fit and readiness.

Clearly and confidently communicating our mission, method, and outcomes to determine genuine interest and fit.

Booking qualified leads into deeper Application Calls with Ben.

Following up via phone, SMS, and email using proven systems and scripts.

Logging call notes, managing follow-ups, updating daily tracker sheets, posting SOD’s, EOD’s, and hitting weekly KPIs.

Can speak powerfully with high-achieving men, professionals, business owners, and leaders.

Owns their role. Takes full responsibility for results, not excuses.

Thrives in autonomy, manages their own time, and doesn’t need micromanaging.

Wants to play the long game, growing within a purpose-driven, values-aligned team.
