Job Title: Patient Management and Appointment Setter – Warm Leads (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a dual role combining patient management and appointment setting. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for managing ongoing patient support and contacting warm leads—current and past customers within the industry—to schedule appointments and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Management:

• Provide personalized support to ensure patients’ ongoing needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through regular follow-ups.
• Address patient inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.

Appointment Setting:

• Contact warm leads who are already familiar with the industry.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, phone-based customer service, or patient support.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Must have a mobile phone and laptop (company phone provided after onboarding).
• Availability to start immediately.
• Gold Coast-based candidates preferred but not required.

Position Details:

• Work from home with flexible hours.
• Attractive recurring commission structure with an earning potential of $100,000+ per year.
• Company-provided will provide mobile phone for business communication with some applications
