The Position

Team ARC is currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic and suitably qualified Fitness Coaches with a passion for training and helping our members reach their fitness goals.

To become part of our amazing team working within our brand new gym facility, you will have:

• Experience supervising the gym floor, providing advice, encouragement and support to members.
• A passion for improving our members' health and wellbeing.
• A motivated, friendly and engaging nature.
• A willingness to deliver small group training and inductions on the gym floor
• Ability to work unsupervised and the drive to deliver our service vision “outstanding service people talk about”.
• Ability to learn technology and processes quickly

The minimum qualifications you will need:

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness
• Current fitness registration or willingness to attain.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate.

Pay Rate: $37.57 per hour inclusive 25% casual loading plus Cockburn ARC facility membership (subject to minimum shift requirements).
