Youth & Adult Coach Wanted 💪

We’re on the lookout for an inspiring coach to lead kids, teens and adults, someone who’s passionate about movement, mindset and making a real impact.

🏋️‍♀️ What You’ll Be Doing

Running fun, safe, and effective CrossFit sessions for youth and adults

Delivering hands-on coaching and clear cues to build confidence and technique

Supporting athletes of all ages to become fitter, stronger and more capable

Creating a welcoming, uplifting environment every time you walk in

Helping with admin or gym tasks to keep the team running smoothly

💡 What We’re Looking For

CFL1 or Cert III/IV in Fitness

Minimum 1 years coaching experience (youth or adult)

Strong communicator with great energy and presence

Leadership mindset and a genuine care for people

Must be available for some youth class hours - Monday to Friday, 3:30–5:30pm

Bonus: availability for adult coaching outside those hours

💥 What’s on Offer

$35/hr starting rate

10–15 hrs/week to begin

Additional adult coaching and admin hours available

Ongoing development, mentorship and a clear pathway to grow
