Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Fitness Professional who has the right mix of professionalism, ability to work autonomously, natural drive and motivation to help lead part our corporate fitness team in the heart of Perth. We currently have several shifts available for one or two part-time/casual staff across two sites. This a great opportunity for a gym instructor / personal trainer looking to increase income with some ongoing regular work.

Details of required hours:

Site 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm – 8pm, Friday 7am – 2pm

Site 2: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6am – 12pm

Role commences now. Hourly rate will depend on whether the successful applicant is part-time or casual and ranges from $30.68 -$38.35 per hour + superannuation.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct inductions for each new member

· Book & conduct health assessments for new members

· Deliver complimentary program sessions for new & existing members

· Promote persona training and other wellbeing services

· Instruct group classes as per qualifications

· Provide support and motivation

· Work with clients who have medical conditions or injuries

· Ensure equipment is clean and in good working order

· Coordinate staff roster

· Liaise with facility manager for day-to-day operations

· Maintain knowledge of current trends in fitness and exercise science

· No weekends.

Qualifications:

· Certificate IV in Fitness or Bachelors of Exercise Science

· First Aid (HLTAID011) & CPR (HLTAID009) certification

· Police check prior to commencement
