Our recently opened River Road Tavern has become one of Brisbane's south side popular venues for locals & guests. This new venue boasts bistro & 3 bars (including outdoor garden), all beautifully furnished along with a large kitchen with state-of-art technology.

We are looking for a full-time Qualified Chef to join our busy team. Hours & salary negotiable for the successful applicant but must be able to work nights & weekends on a rostered basis.

The successful candidate must come with very good communication skills who is comfortable with working in a team environment.

Key Criteria:

Has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality.

Possesses excellent cooking & presentation skills & the appropriate high level of training to work in a busy kitchen.

A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

Can plan & provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ordering & stock control is essential.

Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times & enjoys working with others.
