About the role:

• Coordinate new build projects from initial deposit through planning stages
• Present designs, quotes & planning documentation to clients
• Develop effective relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
• Client contact, database management as jobs progress

The Successful candidate:

• Experience in a similar position within residential construction, ideally building/project coordination, planning or tender presentation
• Proficient computer skills and high level of customer service
• Technical knowledge of the build process
