About the Role
As a vital leader in this vibrant team, you will oversee various sales and operational functions designed to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and building strong customer relationships while overseeing order fulfillment.

In this diverse role, you’ll also take charge of budgeting and expense management, communicate effectively across departments, and collaborate with the sales team to forecast needs and set achievable sales targets. You’ll monitor performance and work with suppliers while analyzing sales data and preparing for peak sales seasons to ensure we meet our goals. Plus, you’ll create a positive work environment, ensuring we adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale sales, warehouse management, and team leadership, along with a great track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with the FMCG industry is preferred, and qualifications in horticulture or floristry would be a fantastic bonus! Additionally, we’re looking for someone with knowledge of WHS, compliance, and injury management to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all.
