Who You Are

You’re not just technically skilled – you care deeply about the people you’re helping. You want to build long-term relationships with clients and take pride in delivering thoughtful, strategic outcomes.

At least 2 years’ PAE

Confident managing files and supervising junior team members or paralegals

Strong communication skills – clear, empathetic, and effective in writing and in person

Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling deadlines

Especially suited if you’re from a larger firm and want more autonomy, variety, and client contact
