We are hiring Cleaners to work in a reputable aged care facility in Russell Lea. Experience is not required as we will provide extensive training.

As a Cleaner, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our aged care facility. This role covers a mix of general cleaning, laundry duties and support with light household tasks. You'll ensure our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable living space every day.

· Above Award Wages paid.

· Monday to Friday: Permanent Roles 7.5 hours each on each day – 7.00am to
3.00pm or 8.00am to 4.00pm

· Saturday & Sunday (&Public Holidays): Casual Roles 4 hours each day 7.00am to
11.00am

🧹 Key Responsibilities:

· Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (dusting, vacuuming,
mopping, etc.)

· Maintain external spaces (balconies, courtyards)

· Replenish supplies, toiletries, and linen

· Operate cleaning and laundry equipment safely

· Manage laundry services (wash, dry, iron, return items to residents)

· Follow infection control and health & safety protocols

· Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

· Prepare and clear dining rooms before/after meal service

What You’ll Need:

Essential:

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (can be done post interview)

· Physically fit with attention to detail

· Effective English reading, writing, and verbal skills

Desirable:

· 1-2 years' experience in aged care or healthcare cleaning

· Certificate III in Hospitality or Health Support Services (or working towards)

· First Aid & Food Safety Certification
