SpendRight Property Maintenance – Based in West Gosford

SpendRight Property Maintenance is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-focused cleaners to join our growing team. We have multiple roles available with contract, casual, and full-time work across the Central Coast.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential, commercial, or builders cleaning (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s licence

Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Punctual, reliable, and proactive attitude

Cleaning roles include:

End of lease cleans and builders cleans

Ongoing property maintenance and touch-up cleans

Residential and light commercial cleaning

General tidying, deep cleans, and presentation-ready finishes

NDIS & disability cleaning
