NewVision clinics is a group of expert medical centres specialising in Laser Vision Correction.

We are seeking a highly experienced, self-starter/motivated person who loves a challenge, to join our professional laser admin team full time. Our main clinic is based in Cheltenham, but the role would involve travelling to our Windsor and East Melbourne clinics on a rotating roster every two weeks.

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, committed approach, excellent customer service skills, have strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high paced office environment.

Previous experience in admin or medical reception will be advantageous.

To be successful in this position you will need:

Strong communication, organisational and people skills

Experience with Genie (preferred but not necessary)

High level of attention to detail

Problem solving skills and scrupulous attention to detail

Excellent listening skills and ability to follow instructions

High levels of motivation and eagerness to learn

Hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday morning at our Windsor practice every 4 weeks between the hours of 8am to 12pm (circa 40 hours per week)

Working within a team, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Greeting patients in the clinic and over the phone in a warm and professional manner

Patient liaison

Scheduling appointments and general admin duties

Co-ordination of surgery bookings

Attend seminars & events on an ad-hoc basis

Maintaining patient data base

Assist with preparation of seminars
