The role:
*The applicant will be a people person with a good eye for detail and experience in accounts management.
*The role will assist the manager in monitoring the budget and preparing a report to the Board on a monthly basis
*The officer will prepare reconciliations and contribute to BAS preparation and payment
*We are also looking for a person with customer service experience, who enjoys hospitality and supports residents and families coming and going in the facility
* The role is part of a team of three who manage administrative functions in Touriandi, which support first class care and hospitality services.

What we are looking for:
*Qualifications in book keeping are desirable but successful experience would be desirable
*2-3 years experience in finance and accounting tasks
*Good verbal and written communication skills
* A desire to make a difference in people’s lives and a positive attitude to creating a service which stands out for its care and respect of others
*Professional respect for confidentiality
* Ability to work 4 days a week on a 9-5 basis.
