About the role

Dalger Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Demolition Excavator Operator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to support our demolition projects.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operate excavators and other heavy equipment on demolition sites

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Participate in toolbox talks and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Excavator Operator in the demolition industry

Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a high-risk work licence for excavators

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Commitment to safety and a strong safety-focused mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
