The Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Delivery Driver to transport goods to end customers and collect shipments from suppliers using a van or medium rigid truck. The role involves verifying the accuracy of orders during loading and unloading, ensuring prompt and secure deliveries. Strong communication and a collaborative mindset are key, as you'll work closely with warehouse and logistics staff. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Help maintain clean, safe, and well-organised vehicles

Load and deliver products to local customers (multi-drop deliveries)

Collect stock from suppliers as needed

Report any order discrepancies or customer complaints promptly

Ensure safe and secure transport of goods

Provide professional and friendly customer service on every delivery

Comply with all relevant safety and transport regulations

Complete delivery logs and relevant paperwork accurately

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License, manual (Essential)

Forklift License (Essential)

MR Truck License (Essential)

Delivery driving, and warehouse experience

Ability to meet physical demands of a hands-on role

Strong time management and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and in a team

A proactive, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Computer skills for processing customer orders
