About the role

YardWorx Equipment is seeking a full-time Assembler/Pick Up Delivery Driver to join our team in Gympie, QLD. This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of our gardening and landscaping equipment. As a Delivery Driver, you will pick up and deliver products to our customers within the local area.

What you'll be doing

Assemble a range of gardening and landscaping equipment according to manufacturer specifications

Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet our high standards

Pick up products from our warehouse or store and deliver them to customers within the local Gympie area

Liaise with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience

Maintain accurate delivery records and provide feedback on any issues encountered

Assist with general warehouse and inventory management tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an assembly or delivery driver role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Good organisational and time management skills to ensure efficient deliveries

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

A positive attitude and a commitment to safety in the workplace
