About the Role:

As a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you’ll be a hands-on, proactive leader, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence. If you’re comfortable making data-driven decisions, thrive in a fast-paced yet structured setting, and enjoy taking charge, this is the perfect role for you.

In this position, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects to our customers across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You’ll collaborate closely with our project administration and installation teams, to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee all stock allocation, inventory management, and deliveries, as well as identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site deliveries, ensuring the highest levels of service and efficiency.

Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Order materials as needed to support project needs.

Deliver projects while maintaining clear communication with customers and team members.

Maintain seamless internal and external communication for optimal coordination.

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, CRM) and other tools as required.

Qualifications:

A valid Forklift license (preferred).

A current driver’s license (required).

Health & Safety training (desirable).

This is a full-time position based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane.
