Group Fit Manager Applicants,

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Group Fit Manager at Anytime Fitness Devonport.

We are looking for individuals who;

Have passion towards the fitness industry with the ability to interact well as an individual unsupervised and in a team environment

Invested in working within the health and fitness industry

As a Group Fit Manager, you will be available to work between the below;

4x mornings a week 4:30am-11am

Saturday Morning 6:30am-9am

2x evenings a week 4:30pm- 6:30pm

Tasks will include;

Running highly energetic sessions

Managing a team of casual trainers

Membership sales

Administrative & clerical tasks, answering phone calls and responding to emails

Marketing and promoting through multiple social media platforms including; Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, Campaign managers

Arrears Collection

Outreach and community involvement

Member challenges and member engagement

Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation

Promote the Group Fit brand and image within the local community

Candidates for Group Fit Manager must have all the following:

Certificate 3 (or above) in Fitness

A passion for Health and Fitness,

Flexibility,

Administrative experience and competent computer skills,

Outgoing and friendly personality,

Knowledge of health and fitness whether professionally or personally,

Hard work ethic.

First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)

Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check (or willing to obtain)

This role is very important for us to maintain the high standards that have been set with our club and want this person to be a part of that continuous growth. Full training will be provided to allow you to feel comfortable and fully equip to begin the role. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us as our team is ever expanding.
