We’re seeking a Payroll Manager to manage our fortnightly payroll using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with data provided from ShiftCare. If you have experience interpreting the SCHADS Award in the disability sector, we’d love to hear from you!

Unique Opportunity: This role is a flexible 4 day/wk, work from home opportunity!

Responsibilities

- Process fortnightly payroll efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and award conditions (SCHADS Award)
- Maintain employee records, leave entitlements, and payroll data
- Handle payroll queries and provide support to staff
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Assist with administrative duties and project as required by other departments

Requirements

- Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally using Microsoft Business Central
- Strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award and its application in the disability sector
- Understanding of payroll legislation, superannuation, and taxation requirements
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
