The Role

As a Relief Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

▪️ Supporting multiple practice groups with a mix of admin and legal assistant duties

▪️ Answering calls and assisting with client enquiries

▪️ Diary and meeting management for multiple stakeholders

▪️ Dictaphone typing and document formatting

▪️ Billing, archiving, and file management

▪️ Coordinating team meetings and internal events

About You

You will be someone with:

▪️ Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal assistant role (any practice area)

▪️ Strong communication and diary management skills

▪️ A client service mindset and proactive approach to work

▪️ High attention to detail, especially when formatting documents

▪️ Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities with confidence

The firm is open to full-time law students with a minimum of 2 years left of their degree, who are available to work full-time hours (8:30am – 5:00pm).
