Are you ready to lead, inspire and make a real difference in your community? Warrnambool City Council have an exciting opportunity to join us in a leadership position within the City Infrastructure team.
About the Role
As the Team Leader City Spaces you will manage leadership, direction and operations of the Open Space Mowing and Maintenance, Home Maintenance and Street Cleaning teams ensuring the service unit operates in compliance with Council corporate goals, objectives and standards in the most efficient and effective manner.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
· Extensive skills in leadership, supervision, motivation and coordination of staff across a multi-skilled team.
· Understanding of OH&S legislation and other work-related policies.
· Ability to develop reports and correspondence.
· Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with internal staff and external organisations.
· Experience working with community groups, students, volunteers and the general public.

The Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position with an annual salary circa $98,752.67 per annum, plus superannuation.
