The Open Space Team plays a vital role in maintaining Kingston's beautiful parks, gardens, and public spaces. As part of this dynamic team, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming, sustainable environment for all.
The Role
As Horticulture Crew Leader, you’ll coordinate maintenance activities, drive best practices, and inspire innovation to create vibrant, sustainable landscapes across our community.

You will also
- Lead and mentor a dedicated crew in horticultural maintenance activities
- Ensure high standards and safety across all projects
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and project logistics efficiently
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to uphold best practices
About You
- Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related field or proven experience in a similar Horticulture Crew Leader or supervisory role
- Comprehensive knowledge of horticultural techniques, plant care, and landscaping
- Proficient computer skills with ability to use laptops/tablets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Current employee Working with Children Check
- Current Victorian Divers license
