We’re seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager for our Tullamarine branch who is ready to break new ground, land game-changing deals, and be rewarded without limits.

You'll lead the charge in creating and closing high-value partnerships with major national brands, shaping bespoke transport solutions for their complex last-mile needs across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and win new enterprise business opportunities within the domestic transport sector.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting major national and multi-site clients.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact sales presentations, tenders, proposals, and contracts.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service, and marketing) to design innovative, customer-centric transport solutions.

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Manage the sales pipeline diligently, providing accurate forecasts and reporting to management.

Represent Border Express at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Champion Border Express’ value proposition, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs through disciplined business development practices.

Skills and Experience

5+ years' experience in high-level enterprise solution selling (transport/logistics preferred; last mile a bonus).

A proven, enviable track record of smashing new business targets.

C-suite credibility — you know how to pitch and close with the best.

Precision communication — written, verbal, and visual — your storytelling wins hearts and minds.

Strategic mindset + relentless execution.

CRM and tech savvy — you run a tight, data-driven pipeline.

A love of solving problems with creativity, grit, and style.

Driver’s Licence and motor vehicle — and a drive for greatness.
