Role

The relevant role is a Site Manager position delivering a new $90M multi-staged Apartment complex in Docklands.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors and relevant trades
• Ensuring the project program is being adhered
• Quality assurance
• Driving and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
• Resolving any disputes that may arise on site

Requirement

• Site Manager experience for a Tier 1-3 Commercial Headcontractor delivering Apartment projects in excess of $50M
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of structure and piling
• Team player attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Hammertech and Procore softwares
