We’re looking for a charismatic, confident communicator to join our team in a part-time, entry-level sales support role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a university student or recent graduate wanting to gain corporate experience — with room to grow into a full-time position as the company expands and results are achieved.

About the Role:
You’ll support our sales team by nurturing leads, following up with clients, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with events and product quotes. This is a great hands-on role to build real-world experience in sales, business development, and product-based brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling and emailing leads (including cold outreach) and clients with warmth and professionalism

Following up on quotes, samples, and past enquiries

Reconnecting with old or inactive customers

Supporting our Business Development Manager and Product Manager with admin tasks

Maintaining and updating our CRM

Helping prepare and attend expos

Coordinating technician input for sales scopes and quotes

Occasionally attending in-person meetings or showroom appointments
