THE OPPORTUNITY

Objective3D, Australia and New Zealand’s leading provider of industrial 3D printing solutions, is seeking a part-time, casual Telemarketer to support our Sales and Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives on making calls, uncovering opportunities, and helping move prospects through the sales pipeline.

This is a strictly office-based role located at our Carrum Downs office—no remote work arrangements are available. The position is casual with part-time hours, with a view to becoming more permanent for the right candidate who demonstrates success in the role.

THE ROLE

Conduct outbound calls to suspects and marketing-generated leads

Qualify interest, uncover needs, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team

Promote registration for events (seminars, workshops, webinars)

Log all calls and outcomes in the CRM system

Support marketing and sales campaign follow-ups

Meet call targets and lead qualification KPIs

ABOUT YOU

Confident, professional phone manner with strong interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

Comfortable with cold and warm calling

Strong organisational and time management skills

Able to work independently and take direction well

Familiar with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce a plus)

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Must be able to work on-site at our Carrum Downs office—no work-from-home option available

EXPERIENCE

1–2 years’ experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound calling preferred

Experience in a B2B sales, customer service, or lead generation environment desirable

Exposure to technical or industrial markets is a bonus but not essential
