OOSH Educator / Educational Leader

📍 Location: Dubbo, NSW
🕒 Hours: 37. 5hrs/week (split shifts) + $150/wk regional allowance + Educational Leader allowance.
💰 Pay: $30–$33/hr + allowances

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Educational Leader, you’ll work closely with the Service Coordinator to:

Lead program planning, documentation, and reflective practice

Mentor and guide a team of educators

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

Support with admin, compliance, and service planning

Step into the Coordinator role when needed

What You’ll Need:

A qualification in Early Childhood or School-Aged Care

Experience in OOSH or similar (highly desirable)

Leadership experience in education settings

Sound knowledge of My Time, Our Place V2.0

Current First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR (HLTAID009), Child Protection (CHCPRT025), WWCC

Willingness to take initiative
