We’re seeking a reliable, organised, and hands-on Records Administration / Warehouse Operator to join our team at The DocShop. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, inventory control, and customer service, perfect for someone who thrives on structured, active work.

About the Role:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, business hours

A 4-day work week may be considered for the right candidate

On-call roster outside business hours

Based across our Morwell and Traralgon facilities

Involves regional and metro driving for record deliveries and pickups

This is a physically active role that includes lifting archive boxes, operating forklifts, and order picking.

You'll also be responsible for accurate data entry, scanning, indexing, and maintaining inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Archive, retrieve, and deliver physical and electronic records

Operate forklifts and order pickers (manual handling required)

Use inventory/records management systems to catalogue and track records

Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

What You’ll Need:

LF forklift licence (mandatory)

LO (order picker) licence – highly regarded

If you do not hold an LO licence, training will be provided for the right candidate

Current driver’s licence – confident with both metro and regional driving

Experience using inventory or records management software (preferred)

Current police check or willingness to obtain one

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to safety and process
