About the role

We are seeking experienced Bar Staff to join our dynamic team at the Old England Hotel in Heidelberg, Victoria. This is a casual role that will involve providing attentive and personalized service to our guests in a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers
• Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service and a positive guest experience
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organised bar area
• Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations
• Assisting with other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the venue

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working in a bar or hospitality environment, preferably in a similar role
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
