We’re a tight-knit, forward-thinking accountancy firm known for our hands-on client relationships and commitment to excellence. We’re currently seeking a contract Bookkeeper with at least 4 years of experience in Xero and MYOB to join our team on a flexible, project-driven basis.

This is not your typical compliance role — we’re looking for someone who thrives on clarity, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of their work with pride.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Process day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries

Manage time sheets, WIP and billings, and data entry.

Work from clear, accurate instructions and provide timely updates

Prepare BAS and EOFY preparation in collaboration with our accountants

Maintain clear, audit-ready files and uphold best practice standards

WHO YOU ARE

✅ A Bookkeeper with 4+ years’ experience using both Xero and MYOB
✅ A stickler for detail — your reconciliations are spot-on, and your files are always clean
✅ Able to follow instructions precisely but still think one step ahead
✅ Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
✅ A great communicator — clear, responsive, and proactive

Xero and MYOB AccountRight/Essentials

Microsoft Excel, and Dext (a bonus!)

CONTRACT DETAILS

Flexible hours (estimated 2 days per week depending on workflow)

Attractive hourly rate based on experience

3 initial term with potential for much longer extension
