We design, manufacture, and install high-end commercial joinery — and we manage all aspects of the build, including stone, Corian, metal, upholstery, and glazing. Due to growing demand, we’re building a new long-term team to help us deliver large, detail-heavy, standout projects across:

The Role
As a Joinery Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your projects — leading teams, driving timelines, and ensuring the result is something we can all be proud of.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from design handover to install
Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure accurate site measures and smooth installs
Collaborate daily with the Drafting Team, Production Manager, Dispatch Manager, and Floor Manager
Direct internal designers to ensure joinery is buildable, cost-effective, and suited to site conditions
Oversee labour budgets and track performance vs actuals via Innergy
Coordinate with clients and site teams, managing RFIs and stakeholder communication
Identify cost-saving solutions that protect design intent and project quality
Upskill and support junior staff and project coordinators
Be based 80% in the office and 20% on site
Celebrate the wins and share project photos with the team that helped deliver it
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated experience in commercial joinery project management
Strong understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, and sequencing
Proficiency with Innergy (required)
Clear communication and client management skills
Passion for quality finishes and delivering on design intent
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
