About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our passionate front-of-house team. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to uphold our high standards, ensure smooth service, and continually enhance the guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service and a seamless guest experience during every shift

Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team to perform at their best

Manage reservations, floor plans, rosters, and day-to-day operations

Monitor inventory, support cost control, and contribute to financial goals

Drive team performance through training, feedback, and hands-on leadership

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations

Collaborate on guest engagement and marketing initiatives

About You

2–3 years’ experience in a leadership role within a premium dining or hospitality environment

A natural team leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about hospitality

Confident with POS and restaurant management systems

Knowledge of food safety, RSA, and relevant licensing requirements

Professional, energetic, and committed to excellence in every service touchpoint

What We Offer
