About the role:

We are looking for experienced, fun, flexible and engaged Support Workers. Working in the community and in some instances in the family home with personal care. We are looking for support staff with experience in complex needs and managing challenging behaviors.

Location: Mandurah

Hours: PT and Casuals, sleep shifts 5pm - 8am.

What is involved:
• A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
• In home daily activities.
• Following therapy and positive behavior plans.
• Applying PBSP strategies to promote customer well being
• Ensuring that all compliance, as well as required documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Key Requirements:
• High level of reliability and resilience for customers with diverse, complex needs
• Valid working rights
• NDIS Screening Clearance
• NDIS Worker orientation module certificate
• Current WA Class C drivers’ license and own reliable car
• Manual Handling Certificate (current)

• First Aid Certificate (current)
