Lifestyle Max, a nurse-led NDIS provider, is hiring compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers. We support clients across Perth with personal care, community access, complex health needs, and behavioural supports.

Your Role May Include

Personal care (showering, hygiene, toileting)

PEG feeding & meal assistance (training provided)

Medication prompts & daily living support

Mobility assistance, hoisting & transfers

Behaviour support (where required)

Social outings and community access

Documentation & communication logs

Who We're Looking For

Nursing students (EN/RN) – preferred

Support workers with Cert III Individual Support/Disability

Assistant in Nursing (AINs) welcome

Current First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Driver’s licence & car preferred

Kind, respectful and willing to learn
