The role:

We're looking to build a team of reliable support workers to provide personalized care for a customer with an acquired brain injury. Our customer requires complex support needs, and requires 24/7 support. Previous experience is desirable, however, we offer extensive training and support to get you started, all you need is a willingness to learn!

Due to the personal care needs of our customer, male support workers are encouraged to apply.

Flexible shifts are on offer to suit your lifestyle, let us know what you prefer and we can try and accommodate. Some shift available are:

• Overnight shifts (receive allowance in addition to your hourly rate)
• Day shifts
• Late afternoon / evening shifts (penalties provided)

What You'll Do:

• Personal care
• Medication administration
• Client Specific Manual handling
• Domestic assistance and home support
• Social and Community support

We'll support you with thorough hands-on training, buddy shifts, and clinical guidance to make sure you're confident and capable before taking on any health-related tasks independently.

What You Need:

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (this role involves travel)
• A NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and overnights across the week
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services is desirable but not required
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate is desirable but not required
