About the role:

We are seeking a frontline sales consultant whose focus is on converting qualified leads into home elevator sales using a consultative, customer-first approach.

As part of our growing QLD team, you’ll showcase innovative elevator solutions in our modern showroom and also on-site visits, recommending tailored solutions to customers, and guiding them through every step of the journey.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and nurturing qualified leads from the Inquiry Team, building trust and tailoring solutions to customer needs.

Being a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with homeowners, builders and architects.

Preparing customised quotes in our CRM (Simpro) and follow up diligently via our VoIP system (3CX).

Conducting engaging showroom demonstrations and site visits, highlighting unique features like energy efficiency, sustainability, and premium finishes.

Collaborating with the Sales Administrators to ensure smooth handovers and maintain a clean sales pipeline.

Mentoring where required, sharing your consultative techniques and system knowledge.

Contributing to the team’s success by meeting quarterly KPI targets and supporting a high inbound call answer rate.

About you:

Experience within the Elevator / Lift industry is highly regarded

4+ years of sales experience in construction, home improvement, luxury goods, or technical products.

Experience with builders, architects, and/or direct with homeowners (highly regarded)

A consultative sales style.

Strong follow-up discipline, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused.

CRM and VoIP system experience (Simpro and 3CX desirable).

Valid driver’s licence for occasional site visits.
