ORGANICA CAFE RESTAURANT AND PATISSERIE (ESTABLISHED IN 2009)
WE ARE A FAST-PACED CAFE RESTAURANT OFFERING QUALITY AND FRESHLY MADE MEDITERRANEAN & ITALIAN CUISINE.
WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER
Works alongside the head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
The restaurant has a capacity of up to 200 seats, with an outdoor area.
We offer part-time hours (from 20 to 30 hours a week) and are open to a full-time contract later, after management reviews our performance.
The Sous Chef must be available on the weekend.
Please do not apply for this role if you have no experience with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine style.
