We're looking for a skilled and reliable Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations. In our small kitchen, you’ll be very hands-on — prepping, cooking, plating, and leading service. You’ll help maintain consistency, hygiene, and creativity in everything we serve.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to spec
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Help with ordering, inventory, and minimizing waste
Assist in developing specials and seasonal menu items
Step up during the Head Chef’s absence
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Line Cook ready to step up
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, prep, and service
Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
Positive attitude and team player mentality
