The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a super organised and energetic Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a warehouse, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work to deadlines with a high attention to detail. In this key role, you will be working hands-on in all core warehousing operations as part of a small and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Undertake and oversee all general daily warehouse operations.

Coordinating and supervising a small warehouse team.

Control and manage stock on hand including stocktakes/stock reconciliations.

Working closely with the Sales Administrator regarding dispatch and SOH.

Load and unload trucks for receival and despatch of stock.

Implement process improvements to optimise warehouse operations.

Maintain WHS standards and ensure safe work practices.

About You:

Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.

Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control and distribution logistics.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using Vintrace will be highly regarded.

Current driver’s license essential.

Current forklift licence essential.
