Clean Slate Clinic is a social enterprise building a scalable, global model of care for alcohol and other substance use disorders that supports individuals through assessment, withdrawal and recovery from home. We provide high-quality, person-centred, clinician-led and digitally-delivered care that empowers individuals to transform their lives and positively impact their families & communities.

About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You’ll guide people through onboarding, answer their questions with empathy and professionalism, and ensure that every individual is supported throughout their Clean Slate Clinic experience.

This is a work-from-home role with flexible hours – perfect for someone who wants a rewarding role that fits around their life.

What You’ll Do

Lead the intake and onboarding process for new clients

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and SMS

Guide clients through using our telehealth technology and digital tools

Monitor and maintain accurate client records and accounts

Respond to client concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills

Facilitate peer support sessions using SMART Recovery and similar tools

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quality and continuity of care

About You

You’re a compassionate, tech-savvy communicator with a strong sense of purpose. You love systems and processes – but more than anything, you care deeply about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.

You’ll bring:

Experience working with individuals recovering from alcohol or drug dependence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisation and time management

Confidence using digital tools (CRM, Google Suite, practice management systems)

A proactive, team-focused mindset

Bonus points if you have:

Lived experience or experience facilitating peer support groups

Familiarity with SMART Recovery or similar programs

Experience working in a healthcare, social services, or NFP environment
