About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Receptionist to join our team at Ray White Alderley. This is a part-time position that will involve supporting our busy real estate office with a range of front-of-house and administrative duties. The position is for two or three days of work per week between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
What you'll be doing
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Assist in processing tenancy applications
Assist our marketing team with the production of property advertisement material
Assisting with the organisation and coordination of Property Management duties, such as move-ins, move-outs, key collection and many more.
Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Supporting the broader team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a real estate or professional services environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using standard office software and equipment
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask effectively
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
