We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our clients on key projects in Darwin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable construction company on high profile infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting field operations and project teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager and field supervisors with administrative, project controls, and materials management.
• Document Management: Coordinate the flow of engineering and construction documents between site teams and corporate departments.
• Subcontractor Oversight: Support Quality Control and Subcontractor Supervisors in monitoring costs and managing back charges.
• Technical Support: Maintain data distribution systems, submittal logs, and correspondence tracking.
• General Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years in a construction office support role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• MUST be able to provide clear police check
