Join RHEO Solutions – a leading custom switchboard manufacturer delivering high-quality builds for major construction and infrastructure projects across QLD. We're seeking a skilled Switchboard Electrician to join our growing fabrication team at our Sunshine Coast facility.

About the Role:
This hands-on role involves the assembly, wiring, and testing of commercial and industrial electrical switchboards, including metering panels, MSBs, T-off boxes, and custom enclosures. You’ll work with premium material and be part of a business known for quality, precision, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and wire custom switchboards to spec

Interpret single-line diagrams and electrical schematics

Install and terminate components (circuit breakers, CTs, meters, etc.)

Perform functional testing and fault finding

Work safely in line with AS/NZS standards

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualified Electrician (QLD electrical license)

Experience building and wiring switchboards (MSBs, DBs, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
