The Role: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and hands on Maintenance Electrician who thrives in a high speed, high pressure production environment. You’ll be the go to expert when things go down - your swift diagnostics, proactive maintenance, and smart thinking will keep the lines moving and the product flowing.

Your Day Will Include:

• Performing breakdowns, fault-finding, and repairs on high speed automation and processing equipment
• Driving preventative maintenance programs to avoid downtime and ensure safety
• Working with PLC controlled systems, VSDs, motors, conveyors, ovens, chillers, and more
• Partnering with fitters, production, and engineering teams to smash daily KPIs

What You Bring:

• A-Grade Electrical License
• Strong breakdown and troubleshooting experience in FMCG (ideally food)
• A high level of initiative and ownership — you don’t wait to be told, you just do
• Proven experience with reactive and preventative maintenance
• Experience with PLCs fault finding (Allen-Bradley/Siemens desirable but not essential)
