MPA Engineering is currently recruiting an Electrician switchboard assembly and site work.

MPA Engineering is a leading electrical engineering firm which has been specialising in machinery and plant automation projects for over 25 years.

The role requires electricians with a background of working on switchboards, to manufacture these switchboards and have experience and an ability to undertake site installation and commissioning.

To be considered for the role you will need experience of the following:

Ideally you will have

2 -3 years hands on experience in a similar role with a main switchboard builder

Trade qualified Electrician

We also have a position for a Skilled Electrical TA's

Knowledge in electrical switchboards

Assembly work in a switchboard manufacturing environment, working on or manufacturing Main Switchboards, Motor Control Centres, PLC Panels, Distribution Boards & Control Panels.

Working knowledge of Supply Authority regulations and Australian Standard AS3000 and AS61439

Must be able to work autonomously and in a team environment

Able to undertake short periods of site work
